PURPOSE:To raise positioning accuracy of each part, by interposing nonwoven cloth on the junction surface of a front core, a glass layer and a shielding block, impregnating it with an epoxy compound adhesive agent, and adhering and fixing it. CONSTITUTION:Between a pair of front cores 1, 1, glass layers 31, 32 and a shielding block 2 are pinched like a sandwich, and are adhered and fixed. This adhered fixation is executed by interposing nonwoven cloth 5 of a glass fiber on each junction surface, pouring an epoxy compound adhesive agent 6 into it, and uniformly permeating the adhesive agent to the whole junction surface. In this way, the adhering strength is improved, a magnetic head having good accuracy is obtained, and its automatic assembling can be executed easily. |
