In a rotary drum with at least one internally geared track ring (3), this track ring is supported via bearing plates (5) on the drum shell (2) and clamped in the circumferential direction by wedges (6, 7). The bearing plates (5), arranged loosely between track ring (3) and drum shell (2), are each clamped on the one hand by a first wedge (6) between successive track ring teeth (4), and on the other hand together with the associated first wedge by a second wedge (7) between abutments (8) in the circumferential direction on the drum shell (2). This reliable, play-free fastening of the track ring (3) to the drum shell (2) requires only relatively small welding seams for the fastening of the abutments (8) on the drum shell. <IMAGE> |
