A Permutation lock comprises a locking cylinder(3), a locking member(7), a flat spring(8), locking rings(37), number fixing rings(38), number modifying rings(56), a swivel member(28) & a cam(32). The locking member(7) with a narrow part(10) and a protrusion part(13) is assembled in the cut groove of the cylinder and is movably upwards & downwards. The flat spring, which has one end hinged to the locking member and the other end being free, is mounted under the locking member.
