PURPOSE:A mixture of powdery food, mucilaginous substance of NATTO (fermented soybean), sugar, when necessary, water is formed into a shape of an appropriate size as a food product and combined, as a binder, with other powdery food free from a binder to give a food composition. CONSTITUTION:A powdery food such as soybean flour, potato or sweet potato powder, dextrin, powdery juice, chlorella or powdery vitamins is mixed with a threading mucin produced by a bacillus, which increases its viscosity, when it coexists in water with saccharides, saccharides, such as glucose or fructose, when necessary water. The resultant dough is formed into a shape of an appropriate size as a food product to give the objective composition for formed food. |
