PURPOSE:To improve operability and to set the mesh size and wire diameter easily, by forming heating parts integrally of resistors and molding or sandwiching the same like a plate with synthetic resins. CONSTITUTION:This heater is constituted of heating parts 10a which are formed like mesh, electrode terminals 10b, 10b and a cover 10c intended for protecting the parts 10a. The parts 10a are formed like mesh over the entire area thereof by etching, for example, a stainless steel plate. Then, the heater is free from inconvenience such as unraveling of end parts unlike the heaters formed of fine wires; in addition, the mesh size and wire diameter can be changed as desired according to the areas, purposes, etc. of use. The entire area of the parts 10a is converted with the cover 10c. Operability is thus improved, and the mesh size and wire diameter are set easily. |
