摘要 PURPOSE:To attain high speed operation, to make the manufacture easy, to make the circuit small in size and to prevent malfunction, by constituting a current injection type pulse generating circuit using the Josephson effect with three Josephson junctions and one resistor. CONSTITUTION:In flowing a gate current from a gate current supply line 37, an offset current from an offset current supply line 36, and a current from an input line 35, a current flows to a Josephson junction 31, which is brought to the voltage state. The gate current flows to a current path of a Josephson junction 32 and a resistor 34 to make the junction 32 to the voltage state. Succeedingly, the gate current flows to a Josephson junction 33, an output line 38 and a load resistor 39, the junction 33 is made to the voltage state, and the output current is interrupted. As a result, a pulse current flows to the output line 38 in high speed. The pulse generating circuit can be manufactured easily, the circuit is made small in size, unnecessary resonance is not caused and no malfunction takes place.
