PURPOSE:To simplify the operating mechanism of a Josephson NDRO storage circuit whose 2nd switching element is installed in the control line of the 1st switching element, by changing the direction of the electric current flowing to the control line at the time of writing and reading out, respectively. CONSTITUTION:To make to flow a circulating electric current Iciuc to a superconductive closed loop of A, a bias electric current IY and control electric currents IX0 and IY' are simultaneously made to flow to a row line 5 and control lines 7 and 6 and, after a switching element 8 is set to a voltage condition, all the electric currents are set to ''0''. The IX0 is the electric current which flows through the line 7 at the time of writing and the -IX0 is the electric current which flows through the line 7 at the time of reading out. To read out whether the circulating electric current flows through the loop 2, the bias electric current IY and control electric current -IX0 are simultaneously made to flow. When the circulating electric current is held, a switch 9 is set to a voltage condition and it is discriminated by a detector 13. In this way, the number of wirings and power sources are reduced and the operating mechanism of this circuit is simplified. |
