发明名称 WELDING METHOD OF EROSION SHIELDING PIECE OF TURBINE BLADE
摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a weld zone of stable quality by simple operation, by forming stepped joining faces on a turbine blade and an erosion shielding piece and electron beam welding a filler wire to a groove aperture formed by the joining faces in two steps. CONSTITUTION:Stepped faces 6a, 6b and a contact face 6c are formed on a turbine blade 6, and stepped faces 7a, 7b and a contact face 7c are formed on an erosion shielding piece 7. The contact faces 6c, 7c are brought into close contact and groove apertires 8a, 8b are formed by stepped faces 6a, 7a and stepped faces 6b, 7b. The first filler wires 9a, 9b are inserted into the bottom of apertures 8a, 8b and fixed, and the first layer weld zone 11 is formed by irradiating an electron beam. Then, an electron beam 14 is irradiated again while feeding the second filler wire 13 from a reel 12 onto the first layer weld zone to form a main weld zone 15. By this way, danger of generating weld cracks can be reduced.
