PURPOSE:To foreknow a starting direction and avoid a hazard,by providing a direction indicator plate driven by rotation of a supporting shaft through a gravity detector plate movably fitted to the point end supporting shaft of a steer ing shaft and a transmission wheel mounted to a prescribed position of the gravity detector plate. CONSTITUTION:A steering wheel 1 is operated to also rotate a supporting shaft 3 secured to a point end part 10a of a shaft 10, here a gravity detector plate 4 movably fitted to a shaft part 3b holds an initial attitude by weight of a balancer 4a. Then a transmission wheel 5 supported by a bearing to the plate 4 and engaged to a pinion 3d of the shaft 3 rotates a direction indicator plate 6 through a gear 6b in the same directon to rotation of the steering handle 1 so as to align to the direction of a tire. This rotary angle can be read by the scale of a transparent resin case 9. Accordingly, even at driving operation of rapid starting or the like by a beginner and driver, the direction of starting can be foreknown to avoid an unexpected hazard. |
