PURPOSE:To attain full-wave rectification of a part of an amplified output, by combining a transistor (TR) for push-pull output and a current mirror circuit. CONSTITUTION:An input signal from a terminal T1 is amplified at a differential amplifier 1, an output current of a TRQ1 is applied to a TRQ6 for PP output via a current mirror circuit 2 and an output current of a TRQ2 is applied to a TRQ7 for PP output via current mirror circuits 3, 4. A collector current to the TRQ6 is picked up at current mirror circuits 5, 6 and applied to a load R2, and a collector current of the TRQ7 is picked up at a current mirror circuit 7 and applied to the load R2. Thus, a part of the amplified output is applied to the load R2 with full-wave rectification. Thus, a part of the amplified output is rectified for full-wave. |
