PURPOSE:To remarkably simplify assembly work, by plurally laminating a unit element cell to form a generating element, fixing the element with wax under a condition the neighboring plural elements are arranged and assembling one high voltage layer-built dry cell. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of unit element cells 1 consisting of a positive electrode 2, separator 3 and negative electrode 4 are built in layers, and positive and negative electrode current collectors are formed to the end face to obtain generating elements 11, then a plural number of the elements 11 are arranged on a jig board 10 by holding a prescribed distance (d). Then a different jig board is placed on a top face of the elements 11, tightened by a clamp and integrally fixed. Then the elements 11 are immersed in molten wax at 100-130 deg.C under a pressure reducing atmosphere, and then lifted to solidify the wax. Accordingly, a collective body of the elements 11 is very easily formed to enable the assembly of a high voltage layer-built dry cell, and work efficiency can be improved while a number of part items in use can be reduced. |
