摘要 PURPOSE:To achieve an accurate and handy measurement by observing the tip of magnetic domain with the application of a pulse magnetic field having an amplitude varying with time under a DC magnetic field slightly less than the magnetic field that is converted from a bubble magnetic domain to a stripe magnetic domain. CONSTITUTION:In a bias magnetic field which is slightly less than a magnetic field that is converted to a stripe magnetic domain from a bubble magnetic domain, the stripe magnetic domain is stabilized completely. When a pulse-like magnetic field whose amplitude increases with time overlaps this bias magnetic field, a tone-like tip of the stripe magnetic domain vibrates synchronizing the pulse magnetic field as a fixed amplitude is exceeded. Observing this with a polaroid microscope enables a handy measurement of a coercive force of a magnetic thin film with a magnetic anisotropy vertical to the surface of a film.
