PURPOSE:To prevent malfunctioning of an ignition coil, by shaping the wave form of an output signal of a signal generator at the time of starting, and driving an output circuit by the output of a noise removing circuit which reduces the pulse width of the output signal of the wave-form shaping circuit for a prescribed time. CONSTITUTION:The igniting apparatus of this invention comprises a noise removing circuit 3 which is furnished with an output signal of a signal generator 1 after its wave form is shaped by a wave-form shaping circuit 2 and reduces the width of the output pulse of the wave-form shaping circuit 2 for a prescribed while. The noise removing circuit 3 is operated only at the time of startig with a ''start'' detecting switch 6 being opened. Other than at the time of starting, however, a transistor (Tr) 71 of a prohibition circuit 7 is energized via a resistance 72 by turning a switch 6 ON. Thus, an output signal of the wave-form shaping circuit 2 is applied directly to a Tr 36 of an output circuit 4 via a resistance 21 and a Tr 34 without delay. By thus removing the noise components having a relatively high frequency and a short pulse width at the time of starting, it is enabled to prevent malfunctioning of an ignition coil 5. |
