TRANSMISSION LINE FOR SIGNAL IN SUPERCONDUCTOR DEVICE

PURPOSE:To transmit signals with high reliability by combining a constant- conductor line with the superconductor signal transmission line in a manner in which the structural size of the line or the dielectric constants of dielectrics are made differ and the impedance of characteristics is aligned in the superconductor device. CONSTITUTION:A design parameter is varied in either or both of the direction that the characteristic impedance of the superconductor line is lowered or the direction that the characteristic impedance of the constant-conductor line is increased. (i) A formula Wa>Wb is set in the Wa of a superconductor strip conductor 2a and the width Wb of a constant-conductor strip conductor 2b. (ii) A formula Ha>Hb is set in the thickness Ha of a dielectric insulating layer 3a and the thickness Hb of an insulating layer 3b. (iii) A Formula epsilona>epsilonb is set in the dielectric constant epsilona of the dielectric insulating layer 3a and the dielectric constant epsilonb of the insulating layer 3b.
