PURPOSE:To readily and effectively bundle laminated materials by inserting a rod or the like which are formed with recesses at the centers of both sides into through-holes formed at the laminated materials in laminating direction and pressing the molding member to the recess to expand both ends. CONSTITUTION:A rod 14 formed with recesses 15 substantially at the centers of a tubular material or both ends is inserted into a through hole 13 formed at a laminated material 11 in the laminating direction, or after the rod 14 is inserted, recesses 15 are formed substantially at the centers of both end faces of the material. Then, a molding member 16 is pressed to the end or recess 15 of the tubular material to expand the both ends of the tubular material or the rod 14, thereby bundling the laminated materials 11. For example, a clamping metal 12 formed with a through-hole which includes a conical countersunk shape 17 is superposed above and below a laminated pole core 11, and the rod 14 formed with recesses 15 at both end faces is inserted into the through hole, conical moding dies 16 are pressed to the recesses 15 of both end faces, the both ends of the rod 14 are expanded therein, thereby integrally bundling the core 11 and the clamping metal 12. |
