WORD PROCESSOR BY HANDWRITING INPUT

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve operability by applying a coordinate input device obtained by fixing orthogonally a transparent plate like coordinate input tablet board directly on the surface of a display device to form one body to a handwriting input word processor. CONSTITUTION:Characters are written to the character frame of a character/ figure input part 11 displayed on a display DSP through a transparent tablet board. A coordinate signal indicating the handwriting of the characters is inputted to an on-line character recognition device. The recognized results 12 are displayed on the corresponding character frame of the input part 11 in a printing type and the handwriting 13 of a character under being written is displayed on the DSP. In addition to the input of handwriting characters, previously set up characters and marks can be inputted by depressing a character/ mark keyboard 14 with a stylus pen 1. An incorrectly recognized character is specified by the pen 1 and a candidate keys in a function specification area 9 are depressed with the pen 1 to display plural similar characters on a candidate character display part 10. By depressing a correct character among the displayed characters with the pen 1 to input and to correct the incorrectly recognized character.
