<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity in assembly and stock works of a set of different shaped injection molded articles, by constituting a device such that the set of molded articles fed out from an injection machine are aligned and transferred at each set while regulated an attitude, performed inspection, and then duplicated and collected. CONSTITUTION:An injection molded article is received to a storage box 2d of a separative pick up device 2, and right or wrong of separation is detected by a sensor 2d to drive a belt 2i to a direction A if right and to a direction B if wrong. Accordingly, only a normal separative molded articles S dropped from the box 2d is conveyed to the direction A. Then the article changs its direction at a right angle from an up belt 3a to an aligning belt 3b of a longitudinal diection aligning device 3 and is conveyed and then aligned in the longitudinal direction. Then after processing by a direction checker 5, direction control conveyer 6 and inverter 7, the article is fed to an inspection assembly device 8 to perform inspection and assembly. Then the article is fed to and stocked in a stock mechanism 12. This constitution can improve productivity.</p> |
