PURPOSE:To improve the operation accuracy by constituting so that the downward movement of a load detecting piece operates a switch through an upward urging rod and a swing lever and forming a free gap between the rod and the lever, in a horizontal feeder for automatically operated warehouse. CONSTITUTION:A detecting piece 22 is pushed down by the load applied onto a fork, and rods 23 and 24 are moved downward. When the rods 23 and 24 lower more than the gap preset between said rods and a lever 31, the lever 31 is pushed down. Then, a shaft 33 is turned to revolve a striker 34. Then, a limit switch 40 operates, and application of load onto the fork is detected. After the load is scooped down onto a shelf, the rods 23 and 24 are moved upward by the force of a spring 30, and the original state is recovered. The amount of the load on a spring 36 for absorbing the acceleration of an elevation body can be reduced by allowing a gap (e) to be interposed. Thus, the detecting piece 22 can be moved by a very light load, and certain detection is secured. |
