PURPOSE:To obtain a lumped pole type synchronous motor which has an arbitrary starting characteristic similar to a laminated pole type synchronous motor with starting coil by mounting a conductor member on the top surface of a plurality of poles, on which a field coil is wound. CONSTITUTION:A conductive member 14 is mounted on the surface of the tops of a plurality of poles 9, 10, on which a field coil 5 is wound. For example, after the field coil 5 is wound through an insulator 6 on a lumped pole body 9, and a lumped pole head 10 which is fusion-bonded with a conductive member 14 such as copper or brass is integrated with the body 9 via a clamping bolt 11 on the surface of the top. Further, after circular shortcircuit rings 12 are mounted via a bolt 13 at both ends of the pole head 10, a shortcircuit ring 12 and a conductive member 14 are electrically bonded by silver soldering 15 to complete the starting coil. An arbitrary starting characteristic is provided by selecting the conductivity of the member 14 to an arbitrary value. |
