摘要 PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and control the vibration efficiently, by forecasting and operating the vibration quantity of an object, whose vibration should be reduced, on a basis of the output of a vibration detector, which is provided in a vibrating body, to control this object in respect to the control of plural continuously structured vibrating body such as road bridges. CONSTITUTION:Bridges 1a and 1b have both ends supported by piers 2. When a traveling vehicle 9 passes the bridge 1b, the vibration of the bridge 1b is detected as, for example, acceleration, by a vibration detector 3b. The detection signal is inputted to an operation processing device 8, and the device 8 performs the forecasting operation to determine the controlling force of an actuator, which reduces the vibration of the bridge 1a in a vibrating system determined by structures of bridges 1a and 1b, on a basis of the output of the detector 3b and stores the operation result. Information stored in the device 8 is read out synchronously with entering of the vehicle 9 to the bridge 1a, and the actuator 4 is driven by a controller 7 to give the controlling force for reducing the vibration of the bridge 1a. Thus, the reliability is improved, and the vibration is controlled efficiently.
