PURPOSE:To decrease a moisture content and to improve the operation of blast furnace by injecting the gas heated in a raw-materials bin at furnace top into the raw materials containing a little moisture. CONSTITUTION:An N2 holder 16 near the furnace top of blast furnace has a booster pump 20 because of generally containing the N2 gas used for the pressure equalization within the raw-materials bin. Further, a drain seperator is provided for accommodating the N2 gas after drying raw materials. The N2 gas pressurized with the booster pump 20, is transferred to a heating equipment 26 through piping 24. On the other hand, the blast furnace gas exhausted from the furnace top is induced to a dust catcher 30 through piping 28, coarse particulate 32 being precipitated, and thereafter fine paticulate is removed with a Venturi scrubber. A part of it is induced to the heating equipment 26, and heats the pressurized N2 gas by combustion after being mixed with the air from piping 36. This heated N2 gas is injected into the moistened raw materials 14 inside the raw-materials bin. |
