WORKING LIQUID USED FOR WIRECUT ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINING WITH ELECTROCHEMICAL MACHINING FINISH PROCESS

摘要

PURPOSE:To further increase the machining efficiency by employing a working liquid usable in common for a wirecut electrical discharge working liquid and an electrochemical machining. CONSTITUTION:An electrical discharge working liquid uses a water solution containing water or a surface active agent and/or a rust preventive while an electrochemical machining liquid uses a water polution containing ion. The use of the working liquid having natures of both the liquids enables continuation of the electrical discharge machining and the electrochemical machining with one working liquid. The working liquid employs a water solution in which an ionic rust preventive such as alkanol amine and organic carbonic acid is mixed as solute.
