PURPOSE:To form an operating magnetic gap with high precision at low cost by stacking a nonmagnetic plate on one side surface of each of a couple of magnetic core half bodies and forming a collar part on this plate, and jointing those magnetic core half bodies while the collar parts of both magnetic plates are brought into contact with each other and thus forming the magnetic gap. CONSTITUTION:This magnetic head consists of a couple of magnetic core half bodies 40 and 40', the nonmagnetic plate 45 stacked on at least one side plate of each magnetic core half body, and collars 32 provided to the nonmagnetic plates 45 projecting from the magnetic core half bodies 40 and 40'. The collar parts 32 of both nonmagnetic plates 45 are jointed together to couple both magnetic core bodies 40 and 40', thereby forming the operating magnetic gap. |
