PURPOSE:To improve product precision and mass-productivity while increasing the density of tracks easily by integrating a head core while specifying pitch by the layer thickness of a shield member, and separating the shield member formed in one body later. CONSTITUTION:Shield materials 12 and 12' each consisting of a front part 12a and a rear part 12b in one body with a head core 10 inbetween are adhered together and center parts 12c and 12c' are cut and provided with winding 11 to form coil winding parts 10a and 10a'; and numbers of obtained materials are integrated with shield plates 13 inserted inbetween. The layer thickness between the shield paltes 12 and 12' is thicker than coil winding thickness, so the layer thickness between the seald plates is specified to specify the track density adequately. Further, the front and rear parts of the shield plates 12 and 12' are formed in one body in the beginning, so accurate positoning is achieved during lamination; and the terminal part 11a of the coil winding is led out through the storage groove 12b1 of the shield plates 12, so a terminal treatment is facilitated. |
