PURPOSE:To eliminate loss of time and to reduce the dust collecting operation by providing a base body at least a part of which can be inserted into a material to be freed of dust, and furnishing a fluid injection nozzle to the end part of the base body on the side to be inserted into the material to be freed of dust. CONSTITUTION:The base body 5 supplied with compressed air on the inside is inserted into a vessel 1, the operating rod 13 of a valve plug 12 is abutted on the inner bottom part of the vessel 1, and further the body is slightly inserted to open air injection passage 16 between the taper surface of the valve plug 12 and the tapered stepped part 9 of a nozzle 6. Air is injected from the injection passage 16 toward the inner bottom part of the vessel at high speed. The air injected from the nozzle 6 entrains dust in the vessel 1, and is discharged to the outside from an aperture 2 and sucked into a suction chamber 17. The sucked dust is collected by a filter or discharged to the outside.
