Ice-cream machine for producing and storing ice-cream, consisting of a base housing (2) in which a chamber (8) is formed for storing the ice-cream next to the tub (6) in which the ice-cream is produced. The storage chamber (8), which can be closed by means of a lid (9), is cooled by the same refrigerating means which are used to refrigerate the production tub. A quantity of ice-cream can be stored and it retains the same organoleptic and taste characteristics as it had after it had just been made, while a further quantity of ice-cream can also be produced. <IMAGE>
