PURPOSE:To control the temperature of the foot warmer by providing a control circuit for further controlling the temperature within the foot warmer when the temperature within the foot warmer is saturated to a preset temperature. CONSTITUTION:When power is supplied to the heater 1 of the foot warmer, the temperature within the foot warmer rises and reaches a preset value in a short period of time. At the same time, the output of the heater 1 is gradually reduced to a low output. Furthermore, whether the temperature within the foot warmer holds a predetermined value or the output condition of the heater 1 holds a predetermined output value of assumes a varied unstable condition, is judged by a control process such as the temperature check of a control unit 11 having a control circuit 10 within an external controller 9 or the secondary side voltage check of a current transformer. If conditions of both the output of the heater 1 and the temperature within the foot warmer are constant, such a temperature control as lowering the temperature of the foot warmer to a value which is lower than the originally set value, is performed.
