<p>PURPOSE:To prepare the titled primer exhibiting excellent adhesivity irrespective of the kinds of the adhesives, and resistant to the delamination of the coated layer, by using an isocyanate having 1-oxa-3,5-diazine-2,4,6-trione ring as component. CONSTITUTION:An isocyanate (e.g. tetramethylene diisocyanate) and a catalyst (e.g. tert-phosphine) are charged in a reactor, and made to react usually at -70-+150 deg.C (preferably -20-+70 deg.C) for about 0.5-10hr while introducing carbon dioxide gas in the reactor. After removing the unreacted materials, a reaction-terminating and stabilizing agent (e.g. a peroxide) is added to the reactor to obtain an isocyanate having 1-oxa-3,5-diazing-2,4,6-trione ring. The compound is mixed with an inert solvent (e.g. acetone) and if necessary with a viscosity modifier, a filler, etc. to obtain the objective primer. The adhesive to be used in combination with the primer is preferably a polyurethane- or polyolefin-type one.</p> |
