<p>PURPOSE:To obtain said molded body of an accurate shape, by surrounding the foreign article such as a parting plate with a pair of half split molten bodies and press-bonding both by the clamping pressure of the split molds to be opened and closed. CONSTITUTION:After a supporting device 4 to be raised and lowered which makes its rod part 4' to hold the foreign article 5 such as a parting plate is arranged at a predetermined position below a die 1, a pair of halt split molten tubular bodies 7, 7' is delivered from the delivery ports 3, 3' of the die 1, being extended so as a split to be spread gradually, is descended and surrounds the foreign article 5. Then, the split molds 6, 6' to be opened and closed are actuated to a closing direction and when the split molds 6, 6' catches, holds the top and bottom ends of the foreign article 5 through the tubular bodies 7, 7' the rod 4' is lowered and retired below the split molds 6, 6', then the split molds 6, 6' are further approached and contacted and the edges of the tubular bodies 7, 7' and the opposing parts between the tubular bodies 7, 7' and the foreign article 5 are tightly jointed by a contacting pressure of the split molds 6, 6' and a molded body having an inner face shape of the split molds is molded by pouring a gas.</p> |
