<p>PURPOSE:To prevent an uncomfortable shock when a vehicle is started using a choke, by setting initial torque, when the vehicle is started using the choke, to a characteristic, in which an increasing rate for an engine speed is smaller than in the normal case, thereafter increasing the clutch torque in accordance with the engine speed. CONSTITUTION:If an accelerator is depressed from its released condition, a vehicle is decided to be in a starting mode by a starting mode decision part 40 in a starting mode current setting part 35. Here in the first time depression of the accelerator when a choke is used, an initial value Cb, smaller than in the normal time, is set in an initial value setting part 46 by the decision result of a preceding time mode decision part 45, and a clutch current is calculated in a current setting part 41 by a correction value C using said initial value Cb. Thereafter, acceleration is calculated in an acceleration calculating part 43 when an engine speed is increased, and a correction value Cn is calculated in a correction value setting part 44 from said acceleration. And in case of a relation where Cb<Cn, a variable stall control is started, and clutch torque is increased in accordance with the engine speed.</p> |
