PURPOSE:To facilitate an adjusting operation in time of the kind exchange of a molded product, by detaching a chute-in-mold and a rotating shaft extending in a molding part on their way and constituting them so as to attach and detach together with a mold. CONSTITUTION:A chute-in-mold 7 and a rotating shaft 13 installed in a mold composed of a bottom force 1 and a top force 4 are detached at a predetermined position and each detached part is connected by a chute-in-mold jointer 10 and a rotating shaft jointer 16 to be attached and detached freely. By this, when the chute-in-mold 7 and the rotating shaft 13 are parted off respectively by detaching the chute-in-mold jointer 10 and the rotating shaft jointer 16, the size of parted parts becomes shorter than a size between the press tie rods 5. Thus the chute-in-mold 7 and a rotating shaft 13 can be readily detached and attached from a molding part together with the bottom force 1 and the top force 4, so an adjusting operation in time of the kind exchange of a molded product can be done in a short time. |
