PURPOSE:To manufacture the titled fiber board suitable for executing deep- drawing molding processing by wet sheet-making a sheet-making liquid obtained by adding powdered and granular thermoplastic resin, a flocculant, etc. to the slurry of vegetable fibers and heating and pressing a fibrous mat acquired. CONSTITUTION:The sheet-making liquid is formed by adding (B) not less than 5wt% powdered and granular thermoplastic resin (vinyl chloride group resin with the grain size of approximately 200mu or less), (C) the flocculant (such as aluminum sulfate) and (D) a high molecular compound (such as polyacrylamide) manifesting cohesiveness to slurry formed by adding water to vegetable fibers (such as fibers acquired by unravelling wood pulp and kraft pulp). The sheet- making liquid is wet sheet-made, the fibrous mat obtained is heated, pressed and treated under the conditions of approximately 160-200 deg.C, approximately 5-200kg/cm<2> and approximately three-eight min, and the fiber board for molding processing is manufactured. |
