PURPOSE:To enable total inspection with high accuracy, by constituting a titled device in such a way that an object to be inspected rotates two rotating bodies and passes by a detector if its size is within a permissible size and that an object having a minus size stops a feeder by rotating only one of the rotating bodies. CONSTITUTION:When objects to be inspected are fixed in parallel on a moving plate 16 and the plate 16 is moved in an arrow direction, the object (a) of which the size exceeds a min. permissible size contacts with the engaging pins 12, 13 projected in the circumferential edges of rotating bodies 7, 8 and passes by the detector while rotating the bodies 7, 8 against a spring 10. The object (b) having a size shorter than the min. permissible size rotates the body 7 as its preceding end contacts only with the engaging pin 12 of the body 7 without in contacting with the pin 13 of the body 8; therefore, the horizontal bar 14 provided in the lower part of the circumferential edge of the body 7 rotates and contacts with a pin 15, thereby stopping the plate 16 associated to a feeder A. If such object (b) is removed as defective, the body 7 is reset by the spring. The total inspection with high efficiency is thus made possible. |
