PURPOSE:To restrain the generation of black smoke by connecting an electric actuator of a full-Q controller to a control rack of a fuel injection pump via a fluid damper for regulating the position of the control rack. CONSTITUTION:A fluid damper 35 equipped on a rod 34 of an electromagnetic actuator 16 is composed of a piston 36, a spring 37 with a spring constant lower than a cancel spring 14, a cylinder 38, and a cylinder head 39, while the piston 36 is provided with a throttle 40. When an accelerator pedal is stepped a little, a force F is suddenly increased, and a spring 14 is compressed in an instant. When the pedal is stepped furthermore, the piston 36 is dashed to the cylinder head 39, and the stroke of the rod 34 is kept at the upper limit set position of full-Q corresponding to the number of revolutions of an engine by the work of the actuator 16 for preventing a control rack 15 from moving further to the right. |
