1. A process for encapsulating an electric device, in which perforated, screen-like spacers (9, 10, 11) are arranged between windings (1, 3, 5) and between the windings (1, 3, 5) and the inner wall of a casting mould, in order to retain the windings (1, 3, 5) at predetermined distances from one another and from the inner wall of the casting mould, and in which a casting resin containing a filler serves as a casting mass, characterized in that the spacers (9, 10, 11) are produced by impregnating with synthetic resin a section of glass fabric, which has passages in the form of a mesh between the fibres of the fabric, corrugating the glass fabric, and hardening the synthetic resin. |
