Panel for thermal and sound insulation of roofing and cladding composed of two (2 and 3) superposed and glued together layers of stiffed insulating material of analogous nature, such as fiber glass, and where a damp screen is intercalated between the two (2 and 3) layers, characterized by the fact that the position of the damp screen (1) between the two layers (2 and 3) is such that the dew point of the hotest ambient medium is situated above the damp screen (1) in relation to such hotest ambient medium in order to avoid water vapour to condense.
