PURPOSE:To arrange the main sections of the electrodes of auxiliary electrodes accurately, and to mold an auxiliary electrode proper by fixing the main sections of the electrodes by an electrode combining member under an isolated state. CONSTITUTION:A metallic plate is punched and bent to form the main sections 9 of the electrodes while fixing holes 10 are formed to side sections in the vicinity of the main sections 9 of the electrodes. On the other hand, the electrode combining member 8 consists of an insulating material and takes a beltlike shape, and convexly striped partition sections 11 isolating each auxiliary electrode 7 are formed to an upper surface and convex sections 12 fitted to the fixing holes 10 of each auxiliary electrode 7 to a side surface. Each auxiliary electrode 7 is isolated and positioned under a stable state by the working of the partition sections 11 and convex sections 12 of the electrode combining member 8, and the main sections 9 of the electrodes are arranged in a row. The main sections of the electrodes are encased into a casting die 13, and fixed by a hold-down fitting 14 and a screw 15, a casting material 16 is injected, and the auxiliary electrode proper 17 is obtained.
