The invention relates to a solar concentrator having concave mirrors which concentrate the insolation onto a semi-conductor photocell located between the mirror and the sun. The mirrors are formed by solid blocks of transparent material, the undersides of which are convexly curved and metallised, the photocells being arranged in or on the top side of the blocks, a tube for dissipating the heat being mounted on the top side, and a profiled holder for the tube being arranged between the photocells and the tube. In this arrangement, the tube (11) has two mutually electrically insulated, longitudinally extending, electrically conductive profiles (11a, 11b), which are connected in each case to one pole of the photocells (8). <IMAGE> |
