PURPOSE:To ensure the fitting between an axis and a bearing section by rotating semi-circular lugs with an inner peripheral diameter nearly the same as the outer peripheral diameter of circular lugs on the bearing notch sections of a wind direction changing plate formed around the axis of wind direction changing blades along said lugs. CONSTITUTION:An axis 78 is protruded on one side of wind direction changing blades 72, a bearing section 79 is formed on a wind direction changing plate (frame) 16, and bearing notch sections 81, 82 are formed on one side of the bearing section 79. Circular lugs 89, 90 are formed on the edge of the notch sections 81, 82, and semi-circular lugs 91, 92 with an inner peripheral diameter almost the same as the outer peripheral diameter of the lugs 89, 90 are formed around the axis 78. Accordingly, by rotating the semi-circular lugs 91, 92 formed around the axis 78 along the lugs 89, 90 formed on the bearing notch sections 81, 82, the axis 78 of the wind direction changing blades 72, 72 can be fitted easily and surely to the bearing section 79 of the wind direction changing plate 16. |
