PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution, to easily change a conversion rate, and to realize the mass production, by using a rate multiplier having an up-down function, as a converting circuit part. CONSTITUTION:A converting circuit part is constituted of a rate multiplier 13 which has an up-down function by an input of a forward and reverse turn signal 11 detected by a forward and reverse turn detecting circuit 3', and outputs a pulse signal showing an impeller rotation outputted from the circuit 3', by executing its up-or-down counting. An output signal of a magnetic sensor is converted to 2 pulse signals whose phase is different from each other, by a driving detecting circuit, they are supplied to the circuit 3', and the circuit 3' obtains an up-down signal 11 and a pulse signal 12. The multiplier 13 converts the signal 12 as to its rate, and outputs a pulse. Accordingly, the pulse converted to the number of pulses corresponding to the quantity of use of water is integrated by an integrating circuit 5', and is displayed on a display part 7. |
