PURPOSE:To make it possible to open a throttle valve even when no negative pressure is present upon engine starting, by providing a temperature sensitive member in a connecting rod connecting between a diaphragm and a throttle valve. CONSTITUTION:Since a thermo-wax 8 acts in its contracting direction, a rod 10 displaces to the side of a diaphragm 5, and therefore, opens a throttle valve 2. When an engine is started under the above-mentioned condition, an actuator 3 is actuated under negative pressure since the negative pressure is brought about after the high order detonation of the engine, so that the feed-back control of rotational speed for the engine is started. The thermo-wax acts in its extending direction when the engine is gradually warmed up, however the rotational speed control is automatically made since the speed control is carried out by the actuator 3. |
