PURPOSE:To reduce the number of maintenance operation works by eliminating the pipe blocking trouble with grout by feeding the grout moved to a feed pipe under pressures by means of compressed air. CONSTITUTION:A feeding port 7, a valve body 11, and two valve seats, or a pressure side valve seat 4 and a supply side valve seat 8 to be opened or closed by the valve body 11 are provided, and grout moved to a feed pipe (not illustrated) by compressed air is delivered under pressures. After the grout has passed the feed pipe, the A-port 16 side of the an air cylinder 1 is pressurized, whereupon a piston rod 10 is pushed out, the valve body 11 comes into contact with the supply side valve seat 8, and flow path on the supply pipe 9 side is closed. In this case, when compressed air is sent out through a pressure valve (not illustrated) connected to an air supply pipe 5, the grout flowing into the feed pipe from the feeding port 7 is pressed by the comressed air, pushed into the feed pipe, and delivered to the destination. |
