PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for externally-mounted component, to miniaturize and lighten a device, and to enable to maintain a long life motion of a device, by a method wherein an analogue-digital converting circuit for converting an input analogue voltage into a digital value, a timer circuit and an electricity-saving control circuit are constituted on a single silicon tip to reduce a mean consumption current. CONSTITUTION:A timer circuit 19 and a low-consumption power control circuit 20 are added, and each of operational amplifiers 15-18 consists of an operational amplifier with a low-consumption power mode. The motion is measured by a timer circuit 19, and after a constant time has elapsed, the low-consumption power control circuit 20 works, and each operational amplifier forms a low- consumption power mode. |
