PURPOSE:To setting the machine indexing time apparently to zero by a method wherein a plurality of electrode devices are eqipped, and a plurality of ICs are checked alternately. CONSTITUTION:Measurement parts 6a and 6b respectively have carriage devices 7a and 7b, and electrode devices 8a and 8b. The electrodes of the devices are connected 9 between lead terminals of the same number of the ICs each other. The ICs after checking are respectively divided 10a and 10b. The devices 8a and 8b operate alternately and in an exclusive relationship, e.g. the device 8a exhausts the IC finished in checking from the measurement part 6b, utilizing the checking time for an IC 11a, and divides it 10b, carries and charges the next IC 11b to be offered and checked into the measurement part 6b resulting in the contact of electrodes. When the checking of the IC 11a is finished, and the device 8a openes, the device 8b closes, and moved to the checking of the IC 11b. The machine indexing time can be set apparently to zero by appropriately selecting the number of the measurement part. |
