<p>PURPOSE:To attain the retrieval of a character train in a high speed, by comparing the output of a storage device storing the retrieval character train with that of the storage device storing a character train to be retrieved, and checking the coincidence of values addited to the character trains. CONSTITUTION:Retrieval character train and character train to be retrieved in advance are inputted to storage devices M2 and M1. Each output of address counters AC1 and AC2 of the devices M1, M2 is given to an address controller ADR1 and an ADR2, and characters (a) and (d) of address 0 of each device are made effective. The output of the devices M1, M2 is transmitted to an adder ADD and a subtractor/adder A/S. The adder ADD and the A/S sum the character codes of (a) and (d) and an internal register, and store the result in an internal register. Counters AC1, AC2 are incremented by one, characters (e) and (b) of the devices M1, M2 are accessed and summed and stored in a register of itself. The output of the ADD and A/S is compared CMP and the coincidnece of the sum of the character trains is checked.</p> |
