PURPOSE:To cover whole room by small number of horns, by unifying plural horns consisting of four side walls expressed by function of a specified formula and having a tangential angle of opening 1.5-2 times as large as target directional angle holding adjoining side walls in common. CONSTITUTION:Each of horns 11, 12 consists of four side walls and combined in a body having adjoining side walls in common. Left and right side walls of horns 11, 12 are expressed by a function shown in the formula 1. In the formula, aO is the size of a throat, (a) is the size of the section of the horn, (x) is the distance from the throat and alpha is spreading coefficient. Tangential angle of the opening is set to 1.5theta-2.0theta. theta is a target directional angle and an angle that becomes -6dB for sound pressure on the axis. |
