The means of fixing 2 of the first device are preferably formed by a plurality of adhesion devices, which form a polygon and are fitted opposite the centre of the means of fixing of the second device, the unit furthermore including a processing or inspection tool 60, which is mounted in such a way that it can perform a rotational displacement in relation to the first device. <IMAGE>
