<p>PURPOSE:To mount an air cleaner of large capacity further facilitate its removal work, by arranging the air cleaner between laternal rear wheels. CONSTITUTION:An air cleaner 46 is arranged between a pair of lateral rear wheels 40, that is, so as to be positioned under between seat rails 20a, 20b, and a recessed part 48 is formed to the front bottom side of the air cleaner in such a manner as to pull a cushion unit 44. A cover plate 50 is removably mounted by four bolts to a rear side of the air cleaner 46 while lateral air chambers 54, 56 are partitioned by a plate-shaped element 52 in the inside of the air cleaner 46. The element 52 can be extracted rearward under the condition the plate 50 is removed. The chamber 56 is connected to the rear end of a main pipe 14 by a connection tube 58 and the chamber 54 is connected to an engine 26 through a carburetor 60.</p> |
