<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the number of parts, cost, and the man hour of assembly by integratedly connecting a horn button to the second spoke cover using a thin hinge. CONSTITUTION:A horn button 8 is made of synthetic resin such as polypropylene or the like while its one side section 8a that is located inside the second spoke cover 5 is integratedly connected to the first horn spring 19 made of synthetic resin using a thin hinge 18. The first horn spring 19 is connected integratedly to one external surface section 5a of the second spoke cover 5 made of synthetic resin as a whole through a thin hinge 20. Besides, one end of the second horn spring 22 made of synthetic resin is connected integratedly to the external surface section 5b that is opposed to the one external surface section 5a of the second spoke cover 5 through a thin hinge 21. The other end of the second horn spring 22 is round and supports the side 8b that is opposed to the one side 8a of the said horn button 8 with a small resistance.</p> |
