PURPOSE:To prevent an air vent tube from being closed by an air vent cover, by providing a ventilating part through simple work. CONSTITUTION:A recessed part 5 positioned partially on the extension of an end face 3b in a point end part 3a of an air vent tube and crossing a section of said tube is formed to an air vent cover 4, and the cover 4 is formed to a stepped shape. In this construction, even if a part of the face 3b of the part 3a is adapted to the cover 4 by an assembly error of the air vent tube 3 for a filler tube 2, most of the face 3b of the part 3a is not connected to the part 5, and closing of the part 3a is prevented to form a ventilating part 6. |
